The ClassiSizer reduces input materials to the desired particle size in one step.

The material is fed from above into the impact chamber, where it is resized with high kinetic energy by the fast rotating rotor and interaction of the particles itself. The final calibration of material is realized by screens, perforated according to the application. Further the product is collected in two discharge boxes and fed out by screws.
